WHO WE ARE

Youth organization

We are VIP-VALUES IN PEOPLE a youth organization based in Romania. Our role is to develop initiatives and promote European values through mobility trainings and non-formal education.

Erasmus+ program

We collaborate with various organizations worldwide to implement common goals and human values. VIP is both sending and receiving organization and implements projects under Erasmus+ Program. To collaborate ask for our PIF!

Long Life Learning

We rely our activity through education and social responsibility focusing on people’s development and their core values.

WHAT WE DO

Youth projects

Erasmus+ offers great opportunities for active youth willing to develop their skills culture. Main topics VIP activates: Employment and Entrepreneurship, Sports, Human Rights, Environment and Sustainable Development, Digitalization, Art, Active Citizenship and many more.

Promote European Values

VIP is active in promoting European values through culture, non-formal education tools, youth work, social inclusion, community development, long life learning, indoor and outdoor activities, leisure, human support.

Connect People

VIP implements opportunities for youth at local and international level having great expertise on Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Partnership Building Activities, Seminars and Conferences, Participation Projects. We are a community of more than 30k members on Erasmus+ Romania group.

Through its projects, VIP – VALUES IN PEOPLE promotes authentic and real European Values.

VIP is developing initiatives through non-formal education and training, aimed to encourage youth exchanges, practice through cross-cultural and cross-institutional learning for students, trainers, youth workers and disadvantaged youth. Our main focus is to integrate European values, self-esteem and active citizenship through cooperation and policy reform among people in the European countries, with high respect on human rights, innovation, sense of initiative and clean environment. We enhance entrepreneurship and employment, fostering cooperation between youth organizations at international level. Our goal is to increase the utility of public and private sectors, for the benefit of our civil society, contributing to considerable improvements of applied policies, human development, and civic involvement.

YOUTH MOBILITY AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATION

We have wide experience in formal/non-formal/informal education and training activities, skills development, language courses, dedicated shared knowledge at national and international level.

supports youth initiatives in education and training through Erasmus+ Program. We promote international cooperation and development, being ECAS certified. VALUES IN PEOPLE cooperates with national and international organizations from CEECs countries, for implementing non-formal education projects and trainings, workshops and different activities involving youth and civil society. We appreciate any commitment to bring values in people, through activities developed in multinational and multicultural environments.

VALUES IN PEOPLE provides creative projects in order to develop: team work and soft skills, non-formal learning, abilities in entrepreneurship, critical thinking, photography, healthy lifestyle, sports. We promote human rights and human values, active citizenship, cultural and social interaction and involvement in civil society.

BUSINESS VALUES AND LONG LIFE LEARNING

VIP Association is happy to work in close relationship with business environment and private sectors, promoting Long Life Learning (LLL) skills and tools.

We provide Romanian and English classes for people requiring new language skills. If you are an employer, please contact us for further details (see our contacts bellow).

For those willing to fallow their entrepreneurial path, we support start-ups and small businesses, by providing consulting and valuable information about business development.

VIP Association proudly promotes values in people. We discover, evaluate and support humans with exceptional capacities, strong acumen and amazing skills, actively involved in their fields of interest, with a great vision and experience of living. We also address to those that life did not offer the environment to bring their abilities to highest goals.

We create a proper environment and dedicated groups, based on human values that remark with their highest capacities. Thus, organizations that need expertise from remarkable talents will have the opportunity to interact with them.
